Heart, Education & Lived Experience

Tennielle

Healing Her Founder

Faced with her own health challenges for many years, Tennielle embarked on a journey to improve her gut health, energy levels and overall wellness.

She experienced years of frustration, slow progress, feeling dismissed, running around to many different specialists and bandaid ‘solutions’ that didn’t last.

Tennielle uncovered a concerning lack of understanding around women’s unique health needs, along with an evident focus on managing symptoms over reclaiming health.

What she needed didn’t exist; a place where women were instantly validated in their health concerns, taught to deeply understand their body and supported to create trust in their ability to heal and feel truly alive again.

She made it her life’s mission to learn, create, refine and deliver exactly this, to women around the world … in a way that feels entirely manageable and doable.

With experience teaching over 500 individuals, Tennielle leads with empathy, intuition and curiosity, to ensure every woman feels seen, heard and capable.

Jase

Healing Her Leading Practitioner

Raised by resilient women who often sacrificed their needs for the well-being of others, Jase is a passionate advocate for women’s health and wellbeing.

He feels a genuine sense of purpose when helping others to gain answers about their health and find relief from challenges they’ve lived with for too long.

Jase is able to relate deeply to clients through first hand experience, overcoming his own gut health issues, chronic depression and having had two back surgeries at a young age.

After being told he would never play sport again and that another surgery was his only option, Jase devoted his life to researching and learning a function approach to health and was able to return to football, heal his body and feel healthier than ever before.

Jase combines scientific precision, with empathy and a calm, grounded presence.
He doesn’t just read your labs, he explains what they mean and builds a plan that works for you.

He believes women’s contributions to the world are limitless and has dedicated his life to empowering women to put their health first and reclaim their confidence.
